under no circumstances may you claim my artwork as your own, remove my signature, trace my art, or feed my work into any AI engines

i reserve the right to decline any commissions, especially if it does not align with my T.O.S, if i feel my skill level may not meet your request, or if i do not feel comfortable drawing it

commissions are for personal use only. artwork may be used - with credit - as profile pictures/banners/pc, tablet or phone backgrounds, but may not be used for profit

please contact me via my provided details for commercial works as there will be additional fees for commercial rights

please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. turnaround times will vary depending on the type of commission, and is dependant on my queue and personal workload. please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. you are welcome to ask for updates if i have not provided one in a while!

fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce digital content, physical prints, and other merchandise and/or marketing as i see fit

i am allowed to post the finished artwork/s on social media and use it in my portfolio or commission examples, unless requested otherwise

please be kind. any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission and ceasing contact with you

payment can only be taken via my vgen OR invoice on paypal

a deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before i start working. once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before i continue working and complete your commission

payment plans are available and i am open to discuss them if required!

listed prices are the base price. please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission. i will always provide a quote of the total cost to you to confirm

my prices are non-negotiable, unless you are a close friend, family member, or frequently returning client. please do not ask otherwise. i may occasionally have sales on my vgen discounting specific commission types so keep an eye out!

prices that list 25% off listed price for additional characters refer to 25% off the SECOND character, not the total commission price. EG, 2 full-body characters rendered: $140 (character 1) + $105 (character 2 - 25% OFF) = $245

if, for reasons, you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, i will provide a partial refund (i will keep 25% of the total cost minimum)

in the rare event that i believe i cannot complete the commission at all, i will provide a partial refund depending on how much i have completed (i will keep 25% of the total cost minimum)

upon starting, i will send a sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before continuing onto the next stages

i will allow one major revision (eg, completely new composition) at no extra charge during the sketch stage. any additional major changes after the complimentary revision will incur additional fees due to extra preliminary hours worked

i will provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colours (if applicable), and final check stages. once i receive sketch approval, refunds may not be requested unless issued by me

once completed, i will send one final check for your review. three (3) minor revisions may be requested. more than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before i proceed to make adjustments

once finalised, i will supply you with a digital, high resolution .png/.jpeg of the artwork via email, google drive link, or vgen
